David Tilbury
and Shaan Eru are both and always will be lovers of health and fitness. Fitness training is a big part of their lives including everything from daily walks along the beach to intense training sessions.

David is a 41 year old from England who has been living in Auckland for over 10 years. He specialises in career changes (NZ Police & NZ Defence Force) and specific endurance events.

Shaan is 44 and from Auckland. She specialises in training programmes designed for weight loss and general fitness – specifically for women but also for men with regards to weight loss.

 Together they fast-track your results by providing effective personal training sessions and programmes that are designed specifically around your targets. They have the knowledge, skills and experience to help you succeed.
