I’m a 42 year old Kiwi and live with my PT/Accountant partner. I’m a qualified personal trainer and am certified to teach Radical Fitness’ Power course. I’m currently studying towards a Level 1 Precision Nutrition qualification & mindfulness certification.

I provide a variety of workouts ranging from bodyweight to minimal equipment. Depending on your goals training can include resistance bands, pilates circle, pilates chair, barbell weights and dumbbell weights.
I became a PT because…
Over the years I’ve found that exercise helps me to unwind, it improves my wellbeing and gives me time out. I’ve experienced first hand how mental health, thyroid issues, weight gain, sugar cravings & poor sleep hygiene impact my wellbeing. Having qualified in 2014, I now work with women only to help them love fitness, love good food and love their body. It’s all about balance.
